AI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and train machine learning models to address key business challenges.

• Integrate AI functionalities into existing and new software applications.

• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing AI models.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solution requirements and customize AI features.

• Document all phases of AI development from model design to deployment.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI development or machine learning projects.

• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Experience with data management and data-driven decision making.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Practical knowledge of software development practices and DevOps tools.

• Prior work in an Agile development environment.
