About the role

We are a Dubai-based group running several businesses: an e-commerce delivery store, a real estate company and an AI services company. We are hiring a hands-on AI developer to build our dashboards, automate our daily processes and turn manual work into AI agents across the group.

You will work directly with the owner and see your systems used by real teams within weeks, not months.

Job objectives

Within 6 months, our core manual processes should run through AI agents and automations, and management should see every business on live dashboards.

• Map and prioritise: Document current processes in each business and rank automation opportunities by hours saved.
• Build live dashboards: Sales, orders, leads, cash flow and team performance, one view per business plus a group overview.
• Deploy AI agents: For example, a customer-support agent, a real estate lead-qualification agent, an order and inventory assistant, and an internal assistant for staff.
• Connect our tools: Link the online store, CRM, email, spreadsheets and WhatsApp so data moves without manual entry.
• Show measurable results: Fewer manual hours, faster customer response times, and every system documented so others can run it.

First 90 days

• Days 1–30: Audit our processes and tools, deliver an automation roadmap, and launch one quick-win automation.
• Days 31–60: First management dashboard live; first AI agent in production.
• Days 61–90: 2–3 more agents or automations live, documentation complete, first monthly impact report.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents using LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini).
• Build web dashboards connected to live business data.
• Build automation workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier or custom Python.
• Integrate business tools through APIs: online store, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, accounting software.
• Set up databases and data pipelines that feed the dashboards and agents.
• Write and test prompts, measure agent accuracy, and add human approval for sensitive actions such as payments or customer refunds.
• Protect company and customer data with proper access control.
• Document every system and train staff to use it.
• Send a short weekly progress update to the owner.

Required experience and skills

• 3+ years of software development, including 1+ year building AI/LLM applications used in production.
• A portfolio showing at least 2 AI agents, chatbots or automations built for real businesses (links or demo videos required).
• Strong Python; JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) is a plus.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs: tool/function calling, retrieval (RAG) and vector databases.
• At least one automation platform: n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Dashboard building: React/Next.js or Streamlit, or BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or Metabase.
• APIs and integrations: REST, webhooks, OAuth.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Supabase or Firebase.
• Deployment: AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, or Railway, Vercel or Render; Docker.
• Can turn a business process into a working system with little supervision.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Expert in Claude

Nice to have

• WhatsApp Business API or Telegram bot development.
• Agent frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Voice AI agents (Vapi, Retell or ElevenLabs).
• E-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Real estate CRMs or UAE property portals (Property Finder, Bayut).
• Previous work with UAE or GCC clients

Working arrangement and how to apply

• Fully remote from India,
• Own laptop and reliable internet required.

• 3-month probation period.
