Role Summary:
Develop GenAI and agent-based applications for financial institutions. Build LLM-powered agents and retrieval systems for reasoning over large codebases and enterprise data to achieve engineering outcomes. Focus on engineering delivery, quality, and integration with complex enterprise environments.

What Youll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered and agentic applications
• Develop retrieval-augmented systems over enterprise data, including source code and documentation
• Work with vector databases and knowledge graphs for data retrieval and reasoning
• Engineer prompts, evaluations, and guardrails to improve output quality
• Integrate and route across multiple LLM providers, optimizing for constraints
• Build backend services and automation to produce production-grade artefacts

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications (agents, tool use, RAG)
• Experience with vector search (e.g., pgvector, FAISS) and knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j, Cypher)
• Prompt engineering and systematic LLM evaluation
• Experience with FastAPI, async services, containers (Docker/Podman), and Git

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Familiarity with Agent Development Kits or frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Experience with semantic code-understanding/coding-agent toolkits (e.g., Serena, LSP-/MCP-based tools)
• Experience with model gateways (e.g., LiteLLM), MCP, orchestration libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Code analysis, parsing, AST, or static-analysis work
• Experience delivering in regulated, on-prem, or air-gapped environments; financial-services exposure
