AI Development Integration Engineer

Overview

Coalesce Management Consulting is looking for AI Development Integration Engineers to work with enterprise customers on AI-assisted software development projects. You’ll be embedded with customer engineering teams, helping implement and integrate an agentic development tool into large multinational enterprise organisations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate an agentic development tool into customer engineering environments
• Work with enterprise engineering teams to adopt and scale new AI-assisted development workflows
• Integrate AI agents into the software development life cycle, including testing, documentation and CI/CD
• Build observability, feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms for agents
• Support mentoring, upskilling and workshops with client engineers
• Work across complex legacy systems and connected platforms

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background (.NET/C#, Python or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, LLM integration or AI agents
• Cloud / hybrid infrastructure experience
• CI/CD, Git and GitHub Actions experience
• Customer-facing consulting or embedded engineering experience
• Comfortable working in large, complex enterprise environments
