AI Digital Architect

Location: Novi, Michigan

Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site

Hanon Systems is seeking an AI Digital Architect to play a key role in transforming how our Controller and MP&L (Material Planning & Logistics) organizations use data, Artificial Intelligence, and digital technologies to support business decision-making.

The AI Digital Architect will be responsible for designing and developing AI-enabled dashboards, data models, and digital solutions , with a primary focus on mapping and visualizing Profit & Loss (P&L) information and connecting financial results to operational drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered financial and operational dashboards , including P&L reporting and visualization.
• Map financial and operational data sources to create reliable and scalable digital reporting solutions.
• Work closely with the Controller organization to understand P&L, financial reporting, and analysis requirements.
• Partner with MP&L to connect operational, material, logistics, and financial data.
• Develop AI-driven solutions that identify trends, cost drivers, variances, and potential business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual financial and operational reporting processes.
• Utilize AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies to improve data analysis and decision-making.
• Develop data models and digital architectures that connect financial results with operational performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field .
• 1+ year of experience using Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, or related AI technologies.
• Experience applying AI or data analytics to solve practical business problems.
• Basic understanding of P&L, financial reporting, revenue, costs, profitability, and variance analysis .
• Experience working with data, dashboards, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms .
• Experience with Python, SQL, Excel, or other data-analysis technologies .
• Experience with generative AI and AI automation tools.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or MP&L teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting systems.
• Experience developing financial or operational dashboards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or automotive industry operations.
