AI-Driven Video Editor & Content Creator

About the role

We're hiring an AI-driven Video Editor & Content Creator to produce polished video and image content for social, paid ads, and partner-facing materials, built around AI generation workflows and finished with traditional editing craft. This is a hire-on-portfolio role: we care about what you can make, not your years on paper, and we're tool-agnostic so bring whichever AI generation platform gets you the best result.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video for social (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads), paid campaigns, and internal/partner decks
• Generate and refine AI video and image content (product visuals, ad creative, campaign concepts, localized variants) using tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar
• Blend AI-generated assets with live-action/traditional footage into cohesive, on-brand output
• Adapt content across Flow's markets (HK, SG, MY, Shenzhen, Taiwan) — including language and cultural localization of visuals
• Work closely with design, social, and performance leads to turn briefs into finished creative, fast
• Keep a pulse on new AI creative tools and bring in techniques that raise output quality or speed

About you

• A strong portfolio/reel showing both video editing and AI-generated content
• Comfortable working across the full pipeline: concept → generate/shoot → edit → export for platform
• Solid grasp of pacing, sound design, and platform-native formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI generation tools (actually used them in shipped work)
• Able to work independently on tight turnarounds in a fast-moving team
• Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• AI generation: Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Pika, Higgsfield, Sora, or any other AI video/image generation platform
• English — fluent, required (internal briefs, ad copy, SG/MY-facing content)
• Bahasa Malaysia — fluent, required (MY market content)
• Traditional Chinese (TC) — proficient, for HK and Taiwan market content and subtitling
