• Pick & deploy Chinese open-source LLMs (Qwen3.5, DeepSeek V3, GLM-5—quantized for edge) on local hardware like Jetson, mini-PCs, or custom rigs.
• Integrate with our stack: intercom APIs, access logs, CCTV feeds, sensors—build agents for voice commands, face recognition, predictive maintenance.
• Prototype user flows: "Hey building, let my friend in" → door unlocks; "CCTV alert—stranger in lobby" → notify owner.
• Experiment wildly: RAG for building docs, multi-modal (voice + vision), offline agents—push what's possible in 2026.
• Own your corner: code, hardware setup, demos—share vision, iterate solo or together. Whom we need:
• Young (under 30-ish), super motivated—AI is your playground, not just a job.
• Native Chinese speaker; solid English for docs & papers.
• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering—bonus if Industrial Automation.
