AI Editor Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the video editing team to achieve daily production targets.
• Produce and oversee short-form videos 10–30 seconds for TikTok, Reels, & Shorts.
• Set and monitor team target of up to 20 short videos per editor per day.
• Ensure video quality, pacing, hook, subtitle, text on screen, sound, and visual elements meet brand standards.
• Utilize AI tools, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and editing templates to improve speed and consistency.
• Develop and optimize AI-assisted editing workflows and templates.
• Conduct quality control (QC) and provide feedback/revisions to editors.
• Monitor content trends, hooks, pacing, and retention to improve video performance.
• Coordinate with Content, Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams based on content needs.
• Create and maintain editing SOPs, workflows, and production guidelines.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and deadlines through daily/weekly reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely delivery.

⚙️ Job Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in short-form video editing.
• At least 1 year of experience leading/supervising an editing or creative team.
• Proficient in CapCut / Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI editing tools, automation, templates, and AI-assisted content production.
• Able to manage and optimize high-volume video production.
• Understand TikTok/Reels/Shorts trends, 3-second hooks, pacing, and retention.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Able to work with daily targets and tight deadlines.

➕ Plus

• Experience handling brand / e-commerce / TikTok Shop accounts.
• Experience building an editing team, SOP, and production workflow from scratch.
• Experience using AI tools to increase editing productivity.
• Understanding of video performance metrics and content optimization.
