- Coordinate complex use cases with IT and Stadler Group functions.
- Measure and document operational value.
- Scale secure, reliable, and reusable solutions across Stadler US Inc.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a technology field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, business process improvement, industrial technology, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience applying generative AI or LLM-based tools to real world business workflows.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Copilot or comparable enterprise AI tools.
- Ability to develop low-complexity prototypes independently.
- Basic understanding of APIs, structured data, enterprise permissions, and system integration is a plus.
- Strong process-mapping and structured problem-solving capability.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, cybersecurity, access control, and responsible AI.
- Knowledge of AI markets (app availability and developments on the AI market)
