The Role: We are seeking a visionary executive to lead the upskilling of our R&D staff. This role is not about replacing people with machines, but about helping talented professionals harness AI tools, zoom in on their strengths, and evolve into even more capable contributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement upskilling programs that integrate AI into daily workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and OpenAI Codex for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation; ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code for quality and security
• Strong communicator with empathy and motivational leadership skills
• Team-oriented, approachable, and able to build trust
• Experienced in talent development, training, or organizational transformation
• Passionate about empowering people to embrace AI and modern tools
• Strategic thinker who can balance tradition with innovation
