Role Description The AI Enablement Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to embed AI and automation into core business processes, especially across supply chain, production, sales, marketing, and customer support. The AI Enablement Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into AI use cases and solution roadmaps. Day-to-day activities include evaluating AI tools and platforms, coordinating pilots and implementation projects, defining workflows, and ensuring successful adoption through training, documentation, and change management. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing deployed solutions, and maintaining strong communication with leadership on AI initiatives, risks, and outcomes.

• Candidates should possess skills in evaluating AI tools and platforms, understanding automation technologies, and working with technical teams or vendors.
• Candidates should possess skills in change management, training, and creating clear documentation for non-technical users.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, data science, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or food industry environments, and familiarity with quality and safety standards, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization are expected.
