AI Enablement Partner

Job Purpose/Role

As an AI Enablement Partner, you will be the strategic catalyst driving AI literacy and automation excellence across our Business Units (BUs). You don’t just implement tools; you build capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor to BU AI Champions, helping them navigate the complexity of AI, managing the delivery of high-impact solutions, and fostering a self-sustaining automation culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Core Mission:

Mentoring & Governance Control > Shape AI transformable requirements, lead governance control, and mentor the enablement team.

Business Partnership & AI Strategy:

Partner with BUs to co-create AI roadmaps. Act as the primary point of contact for AI Driver and AI Champions to identify high-value opportunities where AI/Automation can significantly reduce manual effort.

Solution Portfolio Management:

Evaluate business needs and dictate the delivery strategy:

Ready-to-Eat (High Complexity/Risk):

• Lead the requirements gathering and submit to PM for managing the "delivery queue" for the AI Automation Engineer team to build robust, finished tools.
• How-to-Cook (Low/Medium Complexity):
• Empower BUs to build their own solutions by providing frameworks, tools, and mentorship.
• Capability Building & Mentorship:
• Beyond initial training, provide ongoing "Shadowing" and "Consultative Review" to ensure BU-built automations are efficient, scalable, and secure.
• Design organization-wide AI upskilling strategies.
• Coach and mentor internal Junior/Advanced team member
• Trust & Governance Advisory:
• Serve as the first line of defense in AI Ethics and Governance. Evaluate solutions for data privacy, leak prevention, rate limits, and licensing before deployment.
• Adoption Lifecycle & Feedback Loop:
• Orchestrate the end-to-end adoption process. Establish audit mechanisms and feedback loops (Monthly/Quarterly) to measure real business impact and continuous improvement.
• Own the overall adoption lifecycle.
• Audit the system dynamically to ensure enterprise-grade safety.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT related and experience 5+ years in IT/Technology.

• Experience: At least 3 years specifically in AI/Automation Adoption or Digital Transformation roles.

• Consulting Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business pros/cons. You speak the language of both "Tech" and "Business."

• Automation Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with workflow / Low-code tools

• (Kissflow, Power Automate, Make, n8n, AppSheet, AirTable, AppSmith and etc.) and a strong grasp of Vibe Coding (AI-assisted development).

• Programming: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript to support/review custom scripts.

• Requirement Engineering: Exceptional skill in mapping vague user "wants" into structured "requirement flows" and viable solution architectures.
