We are looking for an experienced AI Enablement Trainer to deliver hands-on corporate training for software developers at a leading technology organization.

The program will focus on helping developers understand and apply AI tools, workflows, and best practices in their day-to-day engineering activities, including working with existing enterprise technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led AI enablement sessions for software developers
• Demonstrate practical AI workflows and developer productivity use cases
• Cover AI-assisted development approaches and best practices
• Provide hands-on exercises and real-world examples
• Guide participants in applying AI tools within development workflows

Required Skills Experience

• Strong experience in AI/Generative AI technologies
• Experience delivering technical training for developer audiences
• Understanding of software development practices and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants, automation workflows, and developer productivity tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Background

• Experience working with enterprise development teams
• Knowledge of legacy application environments and modernization approaches
• Experience with technologies such as PHP, .NET, or similar enterprise stacks
• Previous corporate training experience preferred
