At Collective, we have built the first AI recruiting agent: we call it Sherlock. It searches, analyses profiles, corrects it searches and explores the most promising areas to find the best talents for recruiters. Today, it is used by more than 10,000+ recruiters.

You will work closely with engineering and directly with the CTO to improve everyday this agent, add evaluations to test performance, change the underlying models. It will require to better structure our data, improve data sources, and add new ways to use Sherlock AI across our app (our agent is not our only AI feature).

We're a fast growing company, growing 40% month over month on our revenue, aiming for series A this year ! Now has never been a better time to join us.

Our stack:

• Frontend: Typescript, React, GraphQL

• Backend: Typescript, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ

• Infra: Helm, Kubernetes, AWS

• Tools: Github, Github Actions for CI, Forest Admin, Datadog

Must have:

• You love AI coding and you're way too improductive when Claude code is down 😉
