AI Engineer / AI Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into existing software and cybersecurity products.
• Build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automated processes using modern AI tools and frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and integrations using Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build and optimize automation workflows using tools such as Node-RED, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Implement AI safety guardrails, secure API handling, error handling, and fallback mechanisms.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI features for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers and other technical teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development tools.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience developing applications or workflows using AI APIs and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Git, and software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or other agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Node-RED, n8n, or low-code automation tools.
• Knowledge of Docker, Linux, cloud platforms, or containerized deployments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, network security, or firewall technologies.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, or AI knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experience implementing AI security, logging, monitoring, and API rate limiting.
