AI Engineer / AI Transformation Specialist (LLM)

About the role

Design and build production-grade LLM applications using commercial APIs (AWS, Google, Grok, etc.). Deploy chatbots across multiple channels (web, app) and integrate them with existing business systems. Develop and maintain prompt libraries, conversation flows, tone guidelines, and prompt versioning. Build and maintain the AI article generation pipeline and content workflows (topic ideation, outlining, drafting, SEO optimization) that produce production-ready output.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade LLM applications using commercial APIs (AWS, Google, Grok, etc.)
• Deploy chatbots across multiple channels (web, app) and integrate them with existing business systems
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, conversation flows, tone guidelines, and prompt versioning
• Build and maintain the AI article generation pipeline and content workflows (topic ideation, outlining, drafting, SEO optimization) that produce production-ready output
• Implement content moderation, fact-checking, and output validation to ensure reliable, safe, and brand-consistent outputs
• Implement caching, batching, and cost-optimization strategies to control API and inference spend
• Evaluate chatbot and article quality against metrics (relevance, accuracy, latency, cost, user satisfaction) and iterate on performance
• Monitor and troubleshoot production chatbot and content systems to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to refine use cases and capture requirements
• Document architectures, prompt standards, best practices, and technical decisions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience in building LLM applications, chatbots, or AI content-generation systems
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, or similar)
• Strong prompt engineering skills, with a demonstrated feel for writing quality and tone control
• Familiar with AI development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor)
• Proficient in Node.js, and web technologies and REST API integration
• Familiar with AWS/Alibaba Cloud solution deployment and administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
