Location: Jurong East
Basic Salary: $5000 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation across various departments.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal tools that improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Review existing manual processes and implement improvements to reduce repetitive tasks and increase accuracy.
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously enhance AI and automation solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to employees in adopting new AI tools and automated workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or implementing AI solutions to automate business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in leveraging AI to improve productivity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
