AI Engineer – LLM / Generative AI

Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build and deploy production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning AI products from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain LLM-powered applications.
• Develop RAG pipelines and prompt engineering solutions.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs/SLMs for business use cases.
• Design scalable AI architectures and inference pipelines.
• Monitor AI systems for performance, quality, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate and benchmark AI models for production readiness.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience deploying AI applications in production.
• Knowledge of AI monitoring, evaluation, and inference cost optimization.
