Job Description
We are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong Full-Stack Engineering background and experience with AI/Agentic tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business users to understand problems and requirements.
- Conduct discovery and research on business use cases, datasets, and systems.
- Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions using Claude and Agentic AI tools.
- Apply Prompt, Context, and Skills Engineering.
- Work with development teams to deploy solutions into production.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including MD-level stakeholders.
- Present solutions and recommendations clearly using facts and analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Full-Stack Engineering background.
- Experience with AI / Agentic tools.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Skills Engineering.
- Financial Services / Capital Markets experience preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
