AI Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered chatbots for various applications such as customer service, sales, and marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot solutions into existing systems and platforms.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code using agile development methodologies to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the chatbot application.
• Troubleshoot issues related to chatbot functionality, data integration, and user experience.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5.5 years of experience in developing conversational interfaces (chatbots) using natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Strong understanding of retrieval augmented generation (RAG) algorithms for text summarization and sentiment analysis.
• Proficiency in building intelligent agents using machine learning models like Markov decision processes (MDPs) or conditional random fields (CRFs).
• Experience working with popular programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
