Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and support of AI-powered applications, digital solutions, and automation workflows that improve operational efficiency and user experience

• Explore and Integrate AI tools into existing workflows, platforms, and applications to drive business transformation

• Analyze and understand existing applications, system interfaces, data flows, and business processes, and collaborate with team members to enhance and modernize solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, deployment, and integration

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• 1-2 year of working experience in software development fundamentals and programming, with exposure to Python, SQL, API integration, or modern application development frameworks

• Passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to learn and apply new concepts

• Understanding of AI concepts such as prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and workflow automation

• Ability to leverage AI tools and technical analysis techniques to explore source code, documentation, reports, and database structures, and assist in translating findings into clear business and technical requirements

• Interest in AI Agent development, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI solutions, with exposure to AI Agent frameworks, tools, or platforms being an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Fresh graduates are also welcome
