AI Engineer

Seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer with 8-10 years of overall software development experience and strong expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Java-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, building predictive models, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications, and driving innovation through advanced analytics and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for enterprise business problems.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize predictive and prescriptive AI models.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities into Java-based enterprise applications and microservices.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable business insights.
• Implement NLP, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions for automation and business transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and data engineers to identify AI opportunities and define solution architectures.
• Design scalable AI model deployment and monitoring frameworks.
• Develop APIs and services to expose AI models for enterprise consumption.
• Establish MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management, governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI strategy, innovation, and technology adoption.
