AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience to support our banking client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Exa Data, AI/ML, data engineering, and modern data platforms, with a proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI technologies.
• Work extensively with Exa Data for large-scale data processing, analytics, and enterprise data workloads.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions.
• Build, train, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
• Develop scalable AI applications and integrate them with enterprise banking systems.
• Work with large and complex datasets to identify insights and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, solution architects, and banking business teams.
• Optimize Exa Data queries, data processing, and performance for high-volume workloads.
• Implement AI/ML solutions following security, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning.

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of professional IT/engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong experience with Exa Data / Exadata and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and SQL.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, or AI agents is a strong plus.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Banking Domain Experience

• Prior experience working with banking or financial services clients is highly preferred.
• Understanding of financial data, risk, compliance, transactions, customer analytics, or related banking applications is a plus.
• Ability to work in highly regulated enterprise environments.

Work & Interview Requirements

• Hybrid position – 3 days per week onsite at the client location.
• Face-to-face client interview is required.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Candidates must already have valid U.S. work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
