AI Engineer (Banking)

Responibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-native features into our existing applications, focusing on LLM orchestration, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and maintain pipelines that feed AI models, ensuring high data quality and efficient vector database management
• Work closely with Systems Architects to ensure AI components are scalable and secure
• Conduct experiments to evaluate different models and fine-tune prompts or parameters to optimize for accuracy and cost
• Help maintain and improve our AI deployment pipelines, ensuring models are monitored
• Maintain clear documentation for architectural decisions, model evaluations, and API contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas.
• +3 years of experience in similar roles
• Proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of Git, Docker, and building RESTful APIs
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
