The business has developed a web-based, sensor-free AI vision platform that transforms a 30-second scan into a clinically approved, precision-manufactured medical device. Already trusted by Fortune 50 employers, major health systems, and national manufacturers, the platform is expanding access to preventative care for hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Role And Responsibilities We’re hiring AI engineers to help build and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven healthcare platform. You’ll have real ownership from day one, with a clear path to leading engineering as the company grows.

You’ll influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering culture - while working on technology that measurably improves patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and AWS, including infrastructure and architectural decision-making
• Proven experience building and scaling backend systems for real-time or AI-enabled applications
• Deep understanding of API design and developer-facing platforms
• Experience optimizing data pipelines and system performance at scale
• Strong fundamentals in security, reliability, and fault-tolerant system design
• Product-focused: You think deeply about user impact
• Ownership-driven: You want responsibility, not hand-holding
• Clear communicator: You can challenge ideas and collaborate effectively
• Bias to action: You move fast and ship often
• Mission-motivated: You want your work to change lives, not just metrics
