AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to drive the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions across Chevalier Group. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, and management to develop AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Build enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using various AI tools.
• Develop AI assistants, document analysis solutions, knowledge search and other AI projects.
• Implement RAG, vector database and agentic AI workflow solutions.

Microsoft AI Platform

• Develop Copilot Studio Agents for different business functions.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform.
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies.

System Integration

• Integrate AI services with ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Develop API-based integrations between AI platforms and internal applications.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and Azure services.

AI Governance & Security

• Ensure AI solutions comply with corporate security and governance requirements.
• Monitor AI performance, accuracy and adoption.
• Establish responsible AI practices and usage guidelines.

Innovation

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Recommend AI use cases and implementation strategies.
• Conduct proof-of-concept projects and pilot deployments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience with Git.
• Knowledge of MCP or similar AI integration protocols would be an advantage.
