Build agents that read, reason, and act inside real enterprise workflows - and keep them working in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI systems that do real work, not demos

• Turn models into APIs other systems can rely on

• Own quality and accuracy of the data feeding them

• Keep models healthy in production - drift, evals, regressions

• Work with Data Engineers on the pipelines underneath

  Requirements

• Production AI/ML systems you have personally kept alive

• Deep Python, and real fluency in the current agent tooling

• Judgment about when a model is the wrong answer

• An instinct for the human on the other side of the output
