AI Engineer

The Prompt Engineer is responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts that power the AI Assistant. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and high-quality AI responses across chat and voice channels within a multi-agent framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Design & Optimization

• Design system prompts, agent instructions, and response templates.
• Develop structured prompts for intent classification and entity extraction.
• Continuously optimize prompts using interaction data and testing.

Multi-Agent Collaboration

• Define agent boundaries and context-passing logic with Agent Architect.
• Support orchestration flows to reduce hallucination and misrouting.

Response Quality & Voice Design

• Craft clear, concise, and compliant responses for chat and voice.
• Implement structured SSML formatting for voice use cases when required.
• Ensure multilingual support where applicable.

Testing & Evaluation

• Design edge case and adversarial test scenarios.
• Monitor intent accuracy, hallucination rate, and fallback rate.
• Support compliance validation and AI audit documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in AI, NLP, conversational design, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of RAG workflows, embeddings, and API integration
