Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI tools to enhance predictive capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable big data systems utilizing Hadoop, Spark, and ETL processes for efficient data ingestion and processing.
• Apply statistical modeling and analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets, supporting research and decision-making initiatives.
• Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud-based machine learning services on platforms like AWS, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate natural language processing (NLP) solutions and generative AI applications into existing systems.
• Optimize model performance through rigorous evaluation, tuning, and validation processes, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, workflows, and system architecture for ongoing improvement and compliance.

Experience

• Proven experience in machine learning/AI development with proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C for model training and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud services such as AWS Machine Learning or similar platforms for deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Strong background in big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark implementation, Talend, and SQL databases for data mining and analytics.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools for research purposes as well as statistical modeling techniques for predictive analysis.
• Experience working with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, or quantum engineering is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design database schemas, implement data pipelines (ETL), and develop scalable solutions for large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a passion for innovation in AI-driven analytics and model deployment.
