Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI & Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, LLMs, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI workflows, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and optimize AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into enterprise applications.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for accuracy and performance.
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Ensure AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge of Agentic AI / AI Agents
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Experience with RAG Architecture
• Vector Databases: Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus
• REST API development using FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
