AI Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help us make the way we work smarter, faster, and more scalable.

You’ll work closely with different teams to understand how they work, identify repetitive or inefficient processes, and turn them into practical automation and AI-powered workflows.

This role is a mix of Business Process, Automation, AI, Data, and System Integration. You don’t need to be a full-time developer, but you should be comfortable working with systems, logic, APIs, and automation tools.

What You’ll Do

• Work with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Turn business requirements into clear and practical process flows.
• Build and maintain automations using tools such as Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, and AI tools.
• Connect different systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Manage data structures and workflows to keep information accurate and connected.
• Use basic scripting such as JavaScript, Python, or Apps Script when custom logic is needed.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automations.
• Document workflows and processes so the team can easily understand and maintain them.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in IT, Business Analysis, Product, QA, RPA, Automation, Integration, or related roles.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with automation, AI, or low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, Apps Script, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Curious about new technology and excited about using AI to improve the way businesses operate.
