• Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of AI initiatives and projects.
• Manage and coordinate AI development activities to ensure project quality and performance.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver practical AI applications.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their application to real-world business challenges.
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve AI models and systems to ensure effectiveness and reliability.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of data management, data governance, and AI solution development.
• Experience in AI project planning, implementation, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, ethics, and relevant regulations is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
