AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), data preprocessing, and data analysis.
• Develop, optimize, and evaluate Machine Learning models.
• Develop Computer Vision and Object Detection solutions.
• Design and develop solutions using LLM, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Design AI Automation workflows using automation and orchestration tools.
• Integrate AI models and services through APIs or local inference platforms.
• Evaluate model and solution performance and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI application architectures from POC to production.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technical teams throughout the AI development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and solid Data Science fundamentals.
• Experience in EDA, data preprocessing, Machine Learning, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Computer Vision / Object Detection.
• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Good understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI and AI application development.
• Experience integrating AI models through APIs or local inference frameworks such as Ollama, vLLM, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of AI application architecture and software engineering practices.
• Experience with AI Automation / workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Experience building and deploying production AI applications is a plus.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
