• Lexington Partners’ Data and AI team designs and delivers data, analytics, and GENAI solutions that help drive business performance across the organization. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the team develops innovative tools, enhances data capabilities, and integrates AI into existing digital platforms. Team members gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, meaningful business challenges, and opportunities to influence the future of AI adoption within a global investment firm.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience, Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Master’s or Doctor of Philosophy degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience with data preparation, model training, and optimization.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms for AI development.
• Ability to evaluate and improve model performance.
