AI ENGINEER – ODOO, AI & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

The successful candidate will be responsible for building an intelligent and integrated technology ecosystem that connects the company's systems, monitors operations, analyzes business data, tracks field activities, improves processes, and provides management with real-time AI-powered insights and intelligent alerts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Computer Vision solutions to support company operations.

Develop, customize, and integrate Odoo ERP with websites, applications, APIs, databases, communication platforms, and external systems.

Build intelligent automation solutions and centralized dashboards connecting Odoo, websites, mobile applications, WhatsApp/Telegram, email, social media platforms, databases, and cloud services.

Integrate CCTV/IP cameras with AI for real-time video analysis, person and object detection, movement monitoring, security alerts, and automated reporting.

Integrate GPS, vehicle tracking, and field-force management systems with Odoo and AI to monitor sales representatives, routes, customer visits, travel time, stops, and field activities.

Use AI to analyze and optimize sales representatives' routes, identify deviations from planned routes, missed visits, unusual stops, and operational inefficiencies.

Integrate AI with procurement and inventory operations to analyze purchasing data, supplier performance, prices, stock levels, and purchasing patterns.

Develop intelligent alerts for procurement, inventory, sales, field operations, CCTV monitoring, and other critical operational activities.

Build AI-powered management dashboards that consolidate data from different systems and provide real-time insights, KPIs, alerts, and decision-support information.

Develop predictive analytics and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support management decision-making.

Ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and seamless integration of all company systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AI, software development, system integration, or a similar field.

Strong practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Python.

Strong experience in Odoo ERP development, customization, and integration.

Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration, automation, and databases.

Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and a good understanding of Odoo architecture.

Experience with Computer Vision, CCTV/IP cameras, and AI-based video analytics is a strong advantage.

Experience with GPS, vehicle tracking, field-force management, and route optimization is a strong advantage.

Experience integrating AI with procurement, inventory, sales, and CRM systems.

Knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js and cloud-based AI platforms is an additional advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Pay: AED3,400.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
