AI Engineer

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled AI Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our advanced computing environment, bridging the gap between high-performance hardware (Dell/NVIDIA) and modern containerized platforms (Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes). You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting a cutting-edge stack designed to support mission-critical applications and AI/ML workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage high-performance compute infrastructure utilizing Dell PowerEdge and PowerEdge XE server platforms.
• Administer and monitor enterprise hardware clusters using Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME).
• Provision and manage NVIDIA GPU infrastructure for resource-intensive workloads.
• Administer Dell PowerScale storage solutions, ensuring optimized delivery via NFS and S3 protocols.
• Implement and manage data protection strategies for Virtual Machines and Kubernetes clusters using PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) or equivalent enterprise backup solutions.
• Integrate Kubernetes storage using Container Storage Interface (CSI) drivers.
• Administer, scale, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters and foundational Linux environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain containerized applications and platform-level components across Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Provide advanced operational support and troubleshooting across compute, storage, container ecosystems, and AI infrastructure.
• Maintain a continuous learning mindset, proactively utilizing Dell and Red Hat documentation to stay ahead of platform updates, patches, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience with bare-metal server deployments, specifically Dell PowerEdge/XE and OpenManage Enterprise (OME).
• Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift administration and core Linux administration/troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience managing NVIDIA GPU infrastructure at the enterprise level.
• Deep understanding of enterprise storage administration, specifically PowerScale (NFS/S3) and Kubernetes CSI driver integration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery tools for VMs and containers (PPDM or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting skills spanning the entire infrastructure stack (Hardware, Network, OS, Storage, and Containers).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI).
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU Operator and deploying AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of MLOps frameworks and AI platform operations.
• A strong background in supporting mission-critical, highly available production environments.

Pay: Up to AED30,000.00 per month
