AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our Edtech Team at Ardee Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications.
• Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions using APIs and open-source models.
• Develop AI-powered automation tools, chatbots, and workflow solutions.
• Work with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks to build scalable applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing software, databases, APIs, and business systems.
• Explore and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering where applicable.
• Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases.
• Test, evaluate, debug, and optimize AI systems for accuracy, performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions for business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI fundamentals.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI APIs.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and software development practices.
• Knowledge of Git, deployment workflows, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production-ready AI applications.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Experience integrating AI into existing products or business workflows.
• A portfolio of AI projects or relevant GitHub repositories.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
