About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our products and business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a product-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products, workflows, and business operations.
• Build and implement applications using LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning models.
• Develop intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Design scalable AI architectures and integrate AI solutions with existing software systems and APIs.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models to identify practical applications.
• Establish best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features across the family of companies
• Create technical initiatives, mentor developers, and establish the company's AI roadmap.
• Savvy and curious about new and emerging AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
• Good proficiency in Python or experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and API integrations.
• Experience deploying production-grade applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, data pipelines, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Ability to take software solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered products or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, MLOps, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with AI initiatives or managing a team of engineers.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹8,500,000.00 per year
