THE ROLE

You are the builder. You take the vision from the Head of AI and make it real connecting Ethoss data systems to AI, building automation pipelines, and creating the infrastructure that makes every department smarter. You are comfortable with ambiguity, fast with prototypes, and relentless about reliability. When something is built, it works. Every time.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Build and maintain the Dynamic ERP to Claude API data pipeline
• Develop automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and custom Python scripts
• Integrate Google Ads, GA4, and CRM data into the central AI intelligence system
• Build the WhatsApp Business API delivery layer for automated briefs and alerts
• Develop the internal dashboard for department-level AI querying
• Implement third-party AI plugins Klevu, Klaviyo, Insider, Yotpo on ethoswatches.com
• Maintain API connections, monitor data quality, and ensure pipeline reliability
• Document all systems and train department teams on usage

WHO YOU ARE

• 3 5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on data pipelines and integrations
• Strong Python skills APIs, data processing, automation scripting
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude or OpenAI preferred)
• Comfortable with Make.com or Zapier for no-code/low-code automation
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure
• Has built and maintained production-grade systems not just prototypes
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a small, high-accountability team
