AI Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build AI-powered applications, develop custom software products, maintain existing platforms, and provide technical support. The role involves AI-assisted development, product deployment, troubleshooting, and end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build web apps, internal tools, and automations using AI coding tools and LLM APIs.
• Develop AI features such as chatbots, content/question generation, document processing, summarisation, and RAG search.
• Maintain websites, web apps, admin panels, databases, hosting, security, and deployments.
• Debug issues, improve performance, manage backups, and maintain code using Git.
• Support users, train internal teams, prepare guides, and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Python, PHP, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Vue or similar frameworks.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and REST APIs.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
• Built or integrated at least one LLM API-based feature.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux basics, and web/cloud deployment.
• Good communication in Hindi and English, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset.

Good to Have

• RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Android/Flutter maintenance, EdTech, online exams, or e-commerce experience.
• Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure, or Hostinger exposure.
• AI project portfolio or GitHub profile.
