Key Responsibilities Lead AI, Machine Learning and Data Science projects. Design and develop machine learning models. Perform data analysis and feature engineering. Build and deploy AI/ML solutions. Develop scalable ML pipelines. Work with Python and ML frameworks. Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy. Support production deployment and MLOps activities. Guide and mentor AI/ML and Data Science teams. Collaborate with engineering and business teams. Drive technical design and best practices. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science. Strong Python programming skills. Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Data Science and statistical analysis. Experience in ML model development and deployment. Knowledge of MLOps. Strong leadership and communication skills.
