AI Engineer (Databricks Expert)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong Databricks expertise to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, MLflow, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Databricks.
• Develop scalable data and ML pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Implement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Design and develop RAG-based and LLM-powered applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Optimize AI workloads for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience with MLflow, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Databricks Mosaic AI, and Vector Search.
• Databricks certifications preferred.
• Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
