📍 Location: Bangalore

Are you passionate about building production-ready AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI? We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop and scale intelligent AI solutions for insurance technology platforms.

🔹 Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML engineering
• Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Function Calling
• Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Foundry
• LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar
• Prompt Engineering, Guardrails, AI Evaluation, and Observability
• REST APIs, Asynchronous Processing, and PostgreSQL
• Docker, Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
• Experience deploying and monitoring production-grade AI applications

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy GenAI solutions for insurance use cases, including underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
• Develop agentic workflows and intelligent document processing solutions.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Integrate AI services with backend systems and enterprise workflows.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices.

⭐ Good to Have: Insurance domain knowledge, enterprise workflow experience, and PostgreSQL vector search.
