AI Engineer (Image & Video Systems) Job Summary You will lead the development of advanced AI systems for enterprise clients as well as design, develop, and implement in-house AI products. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI , image and video analysis , and numerical data analysis .

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as PM/Tech Lead for AI-related development projects
• Develop applications using image and video analysis models and large-scale language models
• Design AI models, conduct PoCs, and implement products
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior members
• Define requirements and lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders

[Qualifications]

Required

• 5+ years of practical system development experience
• 3+ years of Python development experience
• Experience developing systems using image/video analysis or natural language processing technologies
• Hands-on AI development experience within a team (design, implementation, verification)
• Foundational AI knowledge equivalent to or beyond JDLA G Certification

Preferred

• Experience commercializing AI solutions from PoC to production implementation
• Experience integrating AI functions with web or mobile applications
• Familiarity with cloud-based MLOps/DevOps practices
• JDLA E Certification or equivalent advanced ML/DL knowledge
• Master's or Ph.D. in machine learning, computer vision, or natural language processing

[Compensation]

Expected Annual Salary: 7.5M - 10M JPY
