Own the RAG and Knowledge Fabric ecosystem ensuring AI agents can securely discover retrieve and use enterprise knowledge from multiple systems to deliver accurate explainable and contextaware recommendations for store operations equipment maintenance and business workflows

Job Description

Design and develop scalable AI agent workflows using the Agentic Framework Utilize prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI agent interaction quality and task accuracy Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG pipelines for effective knowledge retrieval and semantic search Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI agents seamlessly into enterprise platforms and business workflows Monitor and evaluate AI agent performance to ensure reliability and continuous improvement Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Agentic AI and GenAI technologies within the Blueverse ecosystem

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multiagent orchestration frameworks to support complex AI workflows
• Develop and maintain AI agents using the Agentic Framework to address specific business use cases
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases and enterprise content repositories
• Perform prompt engineering to create reasoning frameworks guardrails and agent instructions that improve response quality
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems ensuring interoperability with APIs ERP and operational tools
• Implement observability tracing and performance monitoring solutions to maintain AI system reliability
• Collaborate closely with product managers data engineers AI architects and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals
• Drive innovation by researching and applying the latest techniques in Agentic AI and prompt engineering

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
