About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and working with large and complex datasets.

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to develop data-driven solutions and support business and technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets.

Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

Identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex datasets.

Build and evaluate predictive models.

Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization.

Work with structured and unstructured data.

Develop data-driven solutions for business and technical problems.

Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, and other team members.

Communicate technical findings and insights clearly to stakeholders.

Continuously improve models, analytical processes, and data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional experience in Data Science or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Python and data science libraries.

Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and related tools.

Strong understanding of statistics and probability.

Experience with Machine Learning and predictive modeling.

Experience working with SQL and databases.

Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

Experience with large datasets and data preprocessing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good English communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
