AI Engineer - Trainer

Role Description

The AI Trainer role at Cybervie is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The AI Trainer will be responsible for designing, curating, and labeling data sets to train and improve AI models used in cybersecurity domains, following detailed quality and security guidelines.

Daily tasks include reviewing AI outputs, providing corrective feedback, documenting edge cases, and collaborating closely with security engineers and data scientists to refine model performance.

The role involves creating training materials and guidelines, conducting internal knowledge sessions, and ensuring that AI-driven systems align with real-world cybersecurity use cases and regulatory expectations.

The AI Trainer will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, track model metrics, and support cross-functional projects that enhance Cybervie’s AI-enabled services.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to understand complex cybersecurity scenarios and translate them into structured training data.

Candidates should possess skills in technical writing and documentation, with the ability to create clear labeling guidelines, training manuals, and process documentation. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, data labeling, model evaluation) and an interest in applying them to cybersecurity. Candidates should possess basic to intermediate cybersecurity awareness, such as understanding common threats, attack vectors, logs, and incident response workflows. Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with security engineers, data scientists, and operations teams.

Relevant qualifications:

Such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field are preferred; industry certifications in cybersecurity or AI/ML are an advantage.

Candidates should possess high attention to detail, ethical judgment when handling sensitive data, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per hour
