What they need
Title: AI Engineer with PLM (Teamcenter) Experience
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) - Local or Nearby Candidates Preferred
Key Requirements Strong Python backend development experience (FastAPI preferred)
Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions, including RAG, Agentic Workflows, and Knowledge Assistants
Experience integrating data from enterprise systems, APIs, ticketing platforms, and knowledge repositories
Strong understanding of support workflows, incident management, and knowledge management systems
Experience with API development, microservices, and distributed systems
Preferred Skills PLM domain expertise (Teamcenter / Agile PLM)
Hypercare or Production Support experience
Exposure to enterprise AI platforms and governed environments
