ReStack Ops is the AI Agent arm of Crimsonbeans Ltd, a technology company building AI agents and automation solutions for Revenue, GTM, and Operations teams at small and medium-sized enterprises. With over a decade of experience delivering business solutions and AI/ML systems running in production since 2019, we bring deep technical maturity to every engagement.

Crimsonbeans Ltd has historically operated as a product-focused company. ReStack Ops was launched as a dedicated arm to extend that foundation into Agentic AI, helping SMEs adopt intelligent, autonomous workflows that move the needle on revenue and operational efficiency.

Experience Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years total software engineering experience , with at least 3 year building AI/LLM-powered features in production
• Has shipped real AI features to production — must show actual deployed work, not just prototypes
• GitHub portfolio — public repositories showing AI integrations or agent code
• Has used Anthropic Claude API (not only OpenAI/ChatGPT)
• Strong in TypeScript or Python (ideally both)
• Has built systems with multiple LLM calls — chains, basic agents, RAG pipelines (not just single APIcalls

Nice-to-Have

• Open-source contributions to AI/agent frameworks (Anthropic SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI,MCP servers)
• Has personally launched an AI product (Product Hunt, HuggingFace, Chrome Extension, etc.)
• Has written technical blog posts about AI agent design or prompt engineering
• Experience at known Indian AI companies: Sarvam AI, Krutrim, Composio, Portkey, Freshworks AI,Postman AI, Haptik, Yellow.ai, Gupshup
• Familiarity with AI observability tools (Langfuse specifically preferred)
