Primary Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the design and development of AI models and algorithms to optimise construction processes and enhance project management
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and implement innovative solutions
3. Analyse construction data and leverage machine learning techniques to drive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and construction technologies, and proactively explore new applications
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
6. Communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for your work
7. Monitoring all security data that submit in to AI machine, also can elaborate the results of AI information to the team.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and computer vision, with a strong background in construction or a related industry
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and experience in developing and deploying AI models
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
4. Hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, and building end-to-end AI pipelines
